An entire crew of people are at your service during the entire two year program. These are dedicated to serve, guide and equip you as you develop your faith and leadership skills.

Added to this, second year students will be coached and mentored as they disciple the first year students and gradually discover their life's assignment.

First of all, there's Team X4m, the school staff. But there is more. As a Foundation, Christformation consists of a board that represents it judicially, as well as a Ministry Council: a prayer & think-tank securing full implementation of vision and providing feedback when needed. Both bodies are to guarantee that the orginal mission and vision will continue to be fulfilled.
