How to apply?

We are excited you decided to experience a Christformation! And we are convinced that you will be blessed in doing so, and that your life will never be the same. Christformation will lay a foundation of faith in your life and will equip you to run the race God has set before you: the high calling of God. You are part of a new generation the world so desperately needs!

To complete, confirm and process your application, we ask you to do the following:

1. Fill in the Christformation Application Form
   Email the MS Word document to contact@christformation.com Or print out the PDF version and send this to our postal address (see below)
   
   
2. Provide 2 recommendations on the Application Form
   That is, 1 pastoral recommendation and 1 from a family member or friend that has an understanding of your spiritual life and development over a minimum of one year.
   
   
3. Provide an up-to-date passport picture of yourself
   Email this to contact@christformation.com (format: jpg, pdf or tiff).
   Or mail a printed picture to the following address:

4. Transfer a 25 EURO administration fee to:
   Stichting Christformation

   Rotterdam

We will send a Recommendation Form to the recommenders you supplied on your Application Form. We will contact you within 4 weeks after they have returned their Recommendation Forms.
